Return and Refund Policy

Digital & Printed Materials

All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and printed materials, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following once a purchase is completed:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses or training materials

  • PDFs, templates, guides, workbooks, or toolkits

  • Print-on-demand or shipped printed materials

  • Any educational or informational products delivered digitally or physically

Because these materials can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

If you experience technical issues with accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team at support@themedspacoach.com, and we will assist you with access or delivery issues only.


Physical Products (Non-Printed Merchandise Only)

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible physical products (excluding printed educational materials) within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@themedspacoach.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address.

  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product (excluding printed materials), contact support@themedspacoach.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@themedspacoach.com.
