1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from The Medspa Coach (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://themedspacoach.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any products or services. By using this site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
3. Products and Services
The Medspa Coach provides educational content, digital products, online programs, templates, tools, coaching resources, and physical products.
All products are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical, legal, financial, or business advice.
4. Digital Products & Printed Materials – All Sales Final
All sales of digital products and printed materials are final. Once access is granted or materials are shipped, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Installment Payment Plans
Certain products and programs offered by The Medspa Coach may be available with a structured installment payment plan. Where an installment plan is offered, the following terms apply.
The total purchase price is divided into scheduled payments as specified at the time of purchase. The first payment or deposit is due at registration and is non-refundable under any circumstances. All subsequent installments are charged to the payment method on file on their scheduled due dates.
Content, modules, coaching calls, or program access associated with installment-based purchases are released contingent on payments being current. Failure to complete any scheduled installment will result in a pause in access and delivery until the outstanding balance is resolved. Failure to resolve an outstanding balance within 14 days of the due date may result in permanent termination of access with no refund issued for amounts already paid.
All installment payments are non-refundable once charged. Electing to discontinue participation in a program does not cancel remaining installment obligations. The full purchase price remains due regardless of participation status.
Coaching calls or live sessions included in installment-based programs are subject to a 48-hour rescheduling policy. Calls cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed without notice may be forfeited at the discretion of The Medspa Coach. Forfeited calls are non-refundable and will not be credited toward future sessions.
6. Coaching Calls and Live Sessions
Coaching calls and live sessions offered by The Medspa Coach are provided as scheduled, time-limited engagements between the client and Michelle Williams. The following terms apply to all coaching calls and live sessions, whether purchased individually or included as part of a program or package.
Coaching calls must be scheduled in advance through the designated scheduling system. Calls that are not scheduled within the program period may be forfeited. The Medspa Coach is not responsible for calls that expire due to a client’s failure to schedule.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled call time. Requests received with less than 48 hours notice may be denied at the discretion of The Medspa Coach. Calls cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
Calls missed without notice are forfeited immediately and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.
Each client is permitted one courtesy reschedule per program. Additional rescheduling requests beyond the courtesy reschedule may be denied.
The Medspa Coach reserves the right to reschedule calls due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Rescheduled calls initiated by The Medspa Coach will be offered at a mutually convenient time and will not be forfeited.
All coaching calls are confidential. Clients may not record, transcribe, reproduce, or distribute any portion of a coaching call without express written permission from The Medspa Coach. Content shared during coaching calls remains the intellectual property of The Medspa Coach and may not be repurposed or shared without permission.
Coaching calls are educational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Results discussed or projected during calls are not guaranteed.
7. Physical Products (Non-Printed Merchandise)
Certain physical products may be eligible for return as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by that policy and incorporated herein by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, frameworks, systems, downloads, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of The Medspa Coach and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
9. License for Personal Use
When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute any purchased materials.

Business Identity Clause
The Medspa Coach provides SMS communications to clients and subscribers who opt in through our website, forms, scheduling tools, or other contact methods. These messages may include appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, customer support, training updates, and promotional offers related to our services.
Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Clause
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
